Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. After a report is delivered

Audit fees are non-refundable once the report has been delivered.

2. Submission window

Scan data must be submitted within 30 days of payment. After 30 days the engagement lapses and the fee is not refundable.

3. If we cannot deliver

If we cannot deliver a report due to a technical failure on our side, we will re-run the audit at our own cost.

4. Cancellation after the scan has begun

If you cancel after the scan has begun but before delivery, we refund 10% of the fee; the remaining 90% covers work already performed.
