Your IT team runs the CITRA collection utility on each Windows machine included in the assessment. The collection itself typically takes around 30 seconds per machine.
The utility does not remain running after the collection is complete.
If you have a CITRA dashboard, sign in and go to Settings → Privacy → Data Rights. You can download your assessment data as a ZIP straight away — machines, software inventory, licence gaps, compliance indicators and your uploaded purchase records — and submit an access, correction, erasure or grievance request. You get a reference number immediately and can track the status on the same page.
If you do not have a dashboard login, email hello@citrainsight.in from the address registered on your account and tell us which right you are exercising.
Either way, we respond within 30 days.
You can run CITRA on as many machines as you want to assess.
The assessment fee is based on the environment agreed when we provide your quotation. If you want to add machines beyond that scope, contact us and we will confirm whether the scope or fee needs to be revised.
