Terms of Service

1. Service Provider

CITRA Insight is provided by Code & Clause Systems, a sole proprietorship registered in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. GSTIN: 23DDQPS9840L1ZN.

2. Nature of Service

CITRA Insight is a software asset discovery and compliance indicator platform. The service provides technical indicators to help organisations understand their software compliance posture.

3. Agent Installation

The account holder is responsible for obtaining proper authorisation before installing the CITRA agent on any device. The agent must only be installed on devices owned by or authorised for use by the organisation that holds the CITRA account.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Trial: 7 days, full access, no payment required
• Direct subscription: ₹249/system/month
• Reseller subscription: ₹299/system/month
• Billing is per system (endpoint) per month
• Payment via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking)

5. Cancellation

• You may cancel at any time from your dashboard
• Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation (reactivation window)
• After 30 days, a final notice is sent
• After 37 days, all data is permanently deleted
• You can export your data as a ZIP file before deletion

6. Data Protection

We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act). See our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection, storage, and your rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

CITRA Insight is provided "as is" without warranty. Code & Clause Systems shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of technical indicators provided by the platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
